  I have been a loyal customer for many years with no problems until now.I gave the service 1 stars as you are unable to post with no stars. When I Phoned I was put on hold for a very significant period of time so I tried the chat line where the girl gave me a number that was unobtainable so I tried the video chat line where another lady assured me they would ring back within the hour!!!?? "No result still waiting"That night I phoned again and got through in minutes. Overall an appallingly poor contact service .
