  Customer service is generally very, very poor and has got worse since the Wiggle takeover... While I have bought quite a lot over the years, including a bike, my experience of the store largely relates to the workshop and I have had cause to be in a few times but it is never a nice experience and you often feel unwelcome.... The staff are a curious mix of rude, unhelpful, patronising and superior... I'd recommend looking for an alternative option locally before visiting the boucher store.
