  Avoid if at all possible!!
  
  I am a local resident in NI who booked car hire through an online car rental site. I arrived with the documentation that was stated I needed to bring on the website, but was advised I also needed a utility bill as I was a NI address. They then pointed out that the recommended excess cover insurance I had bought online was not valid and did a very hard cell of their grossly inflated insurance. Frustrating waste of time. Location is off site from Belfast City Airport. Avoid!!!
