  Instructed my wife to look at a Jaguar as we are sourcing a new vehicle as I work overseas. Elderly sales man was totally dismissive and told my wife to get me to come in to talk about it. Needless to say, I wont be going anywhere near Jaguar Belfast, I'll travel for a better deal on the mainland. Customer service v customer expectation very very poor.
