  I'd avoid at all costs, couldn't sweep the chimney, left the stove in pieces and didnt clean up after himself. Spoke a lot of nonsense about Building Regs that proved incorrect when I got someone decent in to clean up after him. He (Paul O'Neill) charged £50 for the displeasure (going rate for a good job's £35) felt mugged when he left.
